@NE_SPARC Much of the frustration is due to the lack of updated status reports. We have no resource to give us any idea of when work MAY be done in our area. The feeling I have is that we are the red headed step child and the you will get to us when you get to us.
UPDATE - Saturday, 2/14 - We want our subscribers to know that we are working diligently to restore fiber service to all our subscribers. Each day, we are making steady progress.
Because of the extent of the damage, much of our restoration now involves going house to house without service to make repairs rather than reconnecting large sections at one time. Even with the additional crews assisting us, this work takes time. Please know that we have teams working in every listed area and will continue working tomorrow — and every day after — until every subscriber’s service is fully restored.
We understand how important it is to stay connected. Restoring your service safely and as quickly as possible remains our top priority. We truly appreciate your patience and support as we work to get everyone back to normal.

@MaytagCare We purchased a Maytag top load washer in May this year. The washer will not complete a cycle. We have had 3 appointments for repair since august. Two no shows and now the 3rd appointment we are a month in and still waiting on parts

Very disappointed with our new Maytag washing machine. Have been trying to get repaired for almost 2 months. Maytag was supposed to be reliable. Service is non existant
Sears master protection is a joke
We had appointment scheduled for 2 weeks. Today they tell me the appoint is collect instead of master protection. That I must reschedule. Are you serious?
Mississippi has now reached the 3rd highest-cost state for groceries and yet we tax those groceries at the highest rate of any state (7%). Once again, we will pass another year and nothing will be done to get this tax on the most basic necessity of life eliminated.
@sears Sears protection plan has no technician to do scheduled oven repair and didn’t bother to contact us. Is this the way you do business and keep customers
@joel_off_air@bblanier Back in the 1970’s the pizza restaurants in Long Beach and Gulfport had bottles of Catalina dressing on the table along with a shaker of Parmesan cheese and a shaker of crushed red pepper it was the best nowadays our grandkids put Chick-fil-A sauce on their pizza
So @bblanier grew up thinking this was normal… And apparently so did everyone else from the Mississippi Gulf Coast.

Hey Sears protection plan. We are having the same problem with our double wall oven that has happened 4 times in the last year when does Sears protection plan replace the oven that they have not been able to repair
