Moldova strengthens capacity to investigate and prosecute cases involving virtual assets, with @EUinMoldova & UNDP support. 87 judges, prosecutors and investigators trained on blockchain, illicit finance, asset tracing, freezing & confiscation, including in electoral contexts.
