Today, @USTreasury is sanctioning Brazilian Supreme Federal Court Justice Alexandre de Moraes, who has used his position to authorize arbitrary pre-trial detentions and suppress freedom of expression. Alexandre de Moraes is responsible for an oppressive campaign of censorship, arbitrary detentions that violate human rights, and politicized prosecutions—including against former President Jair Bolsonaro. Treasury will continue to hold accountable those who threaten U.S. interests and those who impose limits on our freedoms.

@a_kagolden @a_kagolden, having been with USAA for 38 years this is difficult to read and not the experience we want our members to have which we are escalating to our claims management team for review and assistance.

@USAA_help 38+ year member. On our 3rd adjuster as we try finalize a home claim. Adjuster writes he will call, two days later nothing. Phone # provided is useless as voice mail isn't set up. Documents uploaded, told 5-7 day response, nothing. Disappointing at best.

@USAA Does USAA value membership anymore? Results are in and apparently the answer is no. When I need USAA the most they’ve done nothing but drop the ball and fail to communicate with me. Is it possible to ever reach a human ??

@USAA_help So I sent @USAA_help a message 8 days ago, but still no reply. Do I not matter enough to receive a response? Is this indicative of how USAA treats its members when they are struggling?

Just got off the phone with @USAA about payment assistance w/ my personal loan due to job loss. Aside from the lack of empathy and robotic employee, I was told they can’t provide help despite no income. They say they care about their members, but not when you need help 😤 #usaa
