Took 2nd place overall in my weight class. Hit a new PR on bench, 500lbs which is a new school bench record. Also hit a new PR on deadlift, 430lbs. @USHSPA

Last night these Iron Cats gave up part of their summer on a Friday to come lift in the 2nd @USHSPA meet! It was amazing to see them compete and all their hard work payoff with PRs! Thanks to Coach Evans, Coach Roscoe, and Coach Johnson for all their help!

Last night 33 Iron Cats competed in the 1st ever USHSPA Powerlifting Meet! 19 of our lifters brought home Gold Wrist wraps! It was awesome to see these young men and women give up some summer break to come compete! @USHSPA
