In July 2025, I went all-in on $ONDS. Today, that single bet has delivered a 10X on my portfolio and I’m forever grateful for that decision I made. But, as we step into May, I’ve been reflecting on the next phase. Wins like this teach you discipline as much as confidence. So I’m starting to derisk: still majority $ONDS (around 80%), but I’ve now initiated new positions in: • $AVAV - Leading provider of autonomous drone & defense tech systems. BlueHalo, Locust, Switchblade and the new HaloShield. Down over 50% from highs. • $KRKNF - Building critical underwater robotics & marine defense tech. Covelya. USV’s are up next after Hormuz. • $UAMY - America’s only domestic antimony producer, essential critical mineral for defense & industry. China export restriction tailwinds. • $SRFM - Speculative and purely dependent on $PLTR partnership for SurfOS. If successful, it will re-rate the stock from a low-margin airline to a high-margin software powerhouse. Defense tech, robotics, critical materials, and next-gen aviation - I’m building an aggressive portfolio based around some of the biggest tailwinds. After being overextended for so long, I’m excited to build out these new positions and learn the companies behind the stock just like I’ve done with $ONDS. $ONDS THE UPCOMING Q1 EARNINGS PRINT IS GOING TO SHOW A MASSIVE GAAP NET INCOME INCREASE 🚨 Here's how we got there: When Ondas raised capital, investors received warrants alongside their shares. Accounting rules require these warrants to be carried on the balance sheet as a liability and repriced every single quarter based on where the stock is trading, with the change flowing directly through the income statement as either a gain or a loss. This cuts both ways. When the stock rises, the liability increases and the company records a non-cash GAAP loss, even if the business had a strong quarter operationally. When the stock falls, the liability decreases and the company records a non-cash GAAP gain. The GAAP headline is essentially a quarterly report card on stock price movement, not business performance. Investors should strip it out entirely for this reason. Ondas has two tranches of these warrants on the books right now. The stock has declined since both were issued, which means Q1 will reflect a significant non-cash gain on the income statement. The headline number is going to look very large, and my projections are showing nearly $500M in GAAP net income from decreased warrant liability. Here is what to actually focus on: 1. Revenue and whether it hits the $38-40M Q1 guide 2. Gross margin and whether it holds near last quarter's 42% 3. Operating income (loss) and adjusted EBITDA 4. Cash on the balance sheet 5. Any updated full-year guidance from management Those are the numbers that tell you whether the business is executing while the warrant line tells you what the stock did last quarter. Understanding the difference is what matters going into earnings on May 14th because the algos and most retail investors will likely react strongly to the headlines. Since it will show a massive GAAP net income/EPS number, chances are the reaction would be positive, but remember, this will cut both ways as the stock moves higher and those warrants get closer to being "in the money." Just trying to help you understand what's actually going on here.

$ONDS After the failed breakout it had a couple of weeks ago, ONDAS remaining bearish here. And when there’s failed breakouts, the opposite move gets stronger. Lost the 1D HMA now, and that small rising wedge that started in April. First I’d say we see $8 again and then we go from there. My macro target around $5 still hasn’t changed and still waiting for a close to perfect entry, signals and confirmations getting closer and closer to that.
