Honored to welcome @RepJackBergman, @RepRickLarsen, @RepLauraGillen, and @RepBurgessOwens to Kings Point last week. Highlighting USMMA’s role in maritime readiness, economic security and national defense, and importance of sustained investment in our Campus Modernization Plan.

Yesterday, I joined a group of bipartisan colleagues and Administration officials at the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy in King’s Point on Long Island to review the Campus Modernization Plan and assess urgent infrastructure needs. I’ll keep working in Congress to secure the investments needed to ensure Midshipmen have safe, modern facilities for future generations of mariners.
