Ederson an interesting link. He's been on United's radar for a while, not really "just added". Admired by scouts for years. He was considered last summer, and was looked at again in January, but has been routinely passed up. Likely at his most easily attainable price now.

In the midfield, it is the most hazy. With Casemiro expected to stay, limited funds likely rule out players like Wharton. United have checked on some of the following players. Ederson, Luiz, Nmecha, Hackney, Stach, Ugochukwu.
