Twice in the last 4 months the @SCC_eng has taken swipes at interveners. Interveners go beyond the issues framed by the parties because the Court itself does so. SCC appeals are tough. The Court should be encouraging lawyers who offer assistance (for free).

Today's article in the @TorontoStar not only repeats completely unfounded claims against political candidate Sarah Jama, but it amounts to a smear campaign against the Palestinian solidarity movement as a whole. I've written to @robferguson1 requesting immediate corrections.
