@UT_Rants @vasalex93 The prices are too high in your area. In the 1970s, 20% of the US population relocated annually. Today it is around 10%. It is easier that it's ever been in human history to relocate but less people are doing it. If more people did, it would bring the prices down in your area lol

@Boothwasright Yes this is the average starter house rambler in Utah. Built during the 80s and 90s because Utahns used to have 4-6 kids. So they built these larger ramblers. Here is something smaller for you though.

@UT_Rants The average home size for "boomers" back in the day was 1200 sqft. With no modern amenities, single pane windows, single bathroom.... How about we accept living in a comparable house to what they had instead of complaining we have to pay more to get more now
