But on another note, I was hired as the research scientist on two projects. The first one was re-writing a paper rejected for publication, my work is so good the journal that rejected it is willing to give it another try. For the second project, my work secured funding 🙂↔️.

The journal to which I submitted my manuscript withdrew the manuscript after several months because the research focus is relatively novel and they could not recruit enough peer-reviewers to evaluate the manuscript. I’m emotionally downcast.

But, The Original owners of the song titled "ZANGALEWA" are a Cameroonian Band called GOLDEN SOUNDS & released the song in 1986.
Shakira didn't seek their permission before using the song.
The Band's legal team reached out.
Shakira had to settle out of court and they still receive royalties till today

@the_Emloto I also think it takes a whole lot of effort to get an asymmetrical design to work, I just truly mostly prefer when there’s some sort of that mirror effect to designs.
Not also saying that I don’t fancy asymmetries, I do but not as much

@UbiStephenEffa Oh, it makes sense, but why don't you like asymmetry? I somewhat have an opinion that if someone can pull off an asymmetrical design, they are really skilled, especially with irregular forms.

Design is celebrated from the outside more than how people actually live inside it. Gehry is proof iconic forms become the value.
