There’s a serious Lassa fever outbreak in Nigeria right now where 146 people have been confirmed dead in 11 weeks and there have been 582 confirmed cases.
25 doctors have been infected, and 3 have lost their lives.
If you are reading this, please stay safe. This virus spreads through the urine or droppings of infected rats, or human-to-human contact.
It starts like an ordinary fever, but it can quickly move to bleeding, a swollen face, and shock.
ALWAYS:
1. Cover your food and pots tightly.
2. Block the holes where rats enter your house.
3. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap.
4. If you have a persistent fever, stop swallowing random drugs from the chemist. Go to the hospital immediately.
Our health workers are at risk, and proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is life-saving. We cannot afford to lose more people to a preventable disease.
Stay safe and retweet this to save a life today!

A Call to Reflect: The Death of Brigadier-General O. Braimah
The moment I heard of the killing of yet another soldier, Brigadier-General O. Braimah, who was killed alongside other army personnel in a Boko Haram attack at Benisheikh, I was quickly reminded of what other countries commit to when it comes to rescuing their endangered soldiers on the battlefield.
Such unfortunate incidents serve as a clarion call for all of us to reflect more deeply on the value we place on the lives of all citizens, including those who stand in defence of our nation, and on the urgent need to strengthen our collective resolve in safeguarding them.
May God grant his dear wife, the families of all the fallen soldiers, and indeed all those who lost their lives in the incident, the fortitude to bear this painful loss. May their souls rest in peace, in honour of their supreme sacrifice for the nation. -PO

Let it be known, they track random Nigerian who posted video, but no ISWAP or Boko Haram posting on tik tok and Facebook. Terrorists cannot be tracked but normal citizens can be.

Is anyone interested in a free private jet flight to Monaco for the F1 Grand Prix?
Looking for 1 or 2 more people to join.
Paddock access, yacht on the harbour, best seats on the circuit, and we will head to Cannes for some after parties before flying back home.
DM me if interested. Preferably someone with a private jet, yacht, and the tickets, otherwise we can’t go.

Si salvas a la novia te deja por tener esposa. Si salvas a la esposa te deja por tener amante. La madre crocodilo puede sobrevivir en el agua. La señora random no la conozco.

If I was a Nigerian officer, I would have left the military immediately APC (Buhari) rehabilitated Boko Haram members. That was the greatest disrespect to the Armed Forces in Nigerian history.
