@InibeheEffiong Boy. This is democracy. Yes, we need to fine tune it which we will. But your cohort cannot condemn direct primaries as if there is something bad about it. No. You can't be supporting somebody who is running away from direct primaries and have the got to be twitting this.

Some Igbos celebrating bandits @ttck in SouthWest is a Wakeup call for Yoruba people. If you go on the Internet now, no other tribes in Nigeria, except the Igbos are celebrating the recent bandits @ttck in Oyo State. They mocked the abductee, celebrating as if they won a trophy, called Tinubu and Yoruba all sorts of names and wish such continues to happen in Yorubaland. Whenever Yoruba Patriots Alliance Y-PA tells you about this tribe, you think we dont do our research before saying these people shouldn't be allowed to stay in our region even if its by adopting a northern strategy. When we tell you we don't support inter-tribal marriage with this tribe, you think it is just for political reason alone? When a visitor living in your region begins to celebrate how ter *rorist operated in your land then you should know these are not the type of people you inter-married or allow in your community as a Yoruba person. We have been telling you Ig*bos are not your friend. There's no difference between Ig* bos and Ful* ani. They have same agenda. They are expansionist. They don't want good for you if they come to your land For example, look at Ghana, South Africa, Thailand, etc across the world don't want Ig* bos. A tribe that is been re* jctd all over the world must not be allowed in Yorubaland. If you ever made a mistake of voting for an Igbo man in 2027, you have just bur*ied yourself because the Igbo President won't do anything concerning the security of your land because they see SouthWest as their major opposition in Nigeria. Don't be surprised that there are many Ig*bos working with these b@nd *ts across Yorubaland. We will never support any Yoruba person who married to Igbo because such person has shares blood with anti-yoruba and therefore can't be trusted. Yoruba Must always verify any candidate in Yorubaland before voting for such person. You need to know if he married to Igbo. If he does, you must do anything to terminate such ambition. ©Yoruba Patriot Alliance

Good morning. For many who have asked where I have been and why I have remained largely absent from my social media timeline this year, I believe the time has come to speak. Apart from my New Year message on January 3rd, I intentionally stepped back from public engagement for several months. It was not a season of withdrawal, but one of reflection, recalibration, difficult decisions, strategic engagements, and preparation for the next phase of the Vision for a Better Delta ahead of 2027. Even before then, from around October 2025, I had already begun reducing my public visibility as I focused on repositioning my businesses, strengthening key relationships, and thinking deeply about the future of Delta State and the kind of leadership required for the next generation. Like millions of Nigerians, I have remained inspired by @PeterObi’s consistent message around accountability, responsible leadership, and national transformation. So when he declared a new political direction with the African Democratic Congress (ADC) at the end of last year, I joined that journey early and publicly in Asaba on January 7th out of conviction and belief in the broader movement for a New Nigeria. What followed were weeks of intense political engagements and consultations across Delta State and beyond, including supporting my friend and brother, @Drmopaul during the AMAC elections, as well as actively participating in the Delta State Obidient Movement Declaration of February 7th. However, as events continued to unfold, and after further consultations and strategic engagements at both the state and national levels, I arrived at a difficult but necessary conclusion: I could not clearly see a viable pathway within the ADC for the realization of the Vision for a Better Delta and the transformational future our people truly deserve. Leadership sometimes demands difficult decisions — not decisions based on convenience, emotion, or applause, but decisions rooted in conviction, clarity, courage, and responsibility. By the grace of God, a new opportunity emerged with the @NigeriaNDCHQ, shortly after its registration and prior to its formal unveiling by its Founder and National Leader, Distinguished Senator Dickson @iamHSDickson. After deep reflection, prayer, and consultations with supporters, stakeholders, and leaders across Delta State and beyond, I made the decision to formally resign from the ADC on March 24th and immediately participate in the first NEC meeting of the NDC on March 25th. At the time, the decision was not the popular one. There were criticisms, misunderstandings, and several attempts to question both my convictions and my direction. But leadership is not the ability to move with the crowd. Leadership is the ability to see clearly, decide firmly, and move forward when conviction demands it. Today, I am encouraged that many within the broader movement for a New Nigeria have also found alignment within the NDC. For me, that alignment is not about political validation, but about strengthening the collective possibility of building the Nigeria and Delta State our people deserve. At this critical moment in Delta’s history, I remain convinced that our state needs a new generation of courageous, competent, and people-centered leadership capable of translating hope into measurable progress and meaningful development for our people. Although I was unable to attend the formal declaration event of His Excellency Peter Obi and His Excellency Rabiu Musa Kwankanso @KwankwasoRM , due to my responsibilities in Delta during the 1st State Congress of the NDC, my commitment to building a stronger political movement in Delta State and advancing the Vision for a Better Delta remains unwavering. Over the coming days, I will be sharing reflections and moments from the journey so far before resuming more regular engagement on issues concerning Delta State, governance, enterprise, leadership, youth development, and our collective future.

Fellow Nigerians, good morning. I woke up this morning after my church service with a deeply reflective heart, and despite every constraint, I felt compelled to share these thoughts with you. Many people do not truly understand the silent pains some of us carry daily—the private struggles, emotional burdens, and quiet battles we face while trying to survive and serve sincerely in difficult circumstances. We now live in an environment that has become increasingly toxic, where the very system that should protect and create opportunities for decent living often works against the people—a society where intimidation, insecurity, endless scrutiny, and discouragement have become normal. More painful is when some of those you associate with, believing you would find understanding and solidarity among them, become part of the pressure you face. Some who publicly identify with you privately distance themselves or join in unfair criticism. We live in a society where humility is mistaken for weakness, respect is seen as a lack of courage, and compassion is treated as foolishness—a system where treating people equally is questioned simply because you refuse to worship status, tribe, class, or power. Personally, I have never looked down on anyone except to uplift them. I have never used privilege, position, or resources to oppress others, intimidate the weak, or make people feel small. To me, leadership has always been about service, sacrifice, and helping others rise. Let me state clearly: my decision to leave the ADC is not because our highly respected Chairman, Senator David Mark, treated me badly, nor because my leader and elder brother, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, or any other respected leaders did anything personally wrong to me. I will continue to respect them. However, the same Nigerian state and its agents that created unnecessary crises and hostility within the Labour Party that forced me to leave now appear to be finding their way into the ADC, with endless court cases, internal battles, suspicion, and division, instead of focusing on deeper national problems and playing politics built more on control and exclusion than on service and nation-building. Even within spaces where one labours sincerely, one is sometimes treated like an outsider in one’s own home. You and your team become easy targets for every failure, frustration, or misunderstanding, as though honest contribution has become a favour being tolerated rather than appreciated. And when you choose to leave so that those you are leaving can have peace, and you step out into the cold, you are still maligned and your character is questioned. Despite all your efforts to continue working for a better Nigeria and engaging people with sincerity and goodwill, those who do not wish you well continue to attack your character and question your intentions. There are moments I ask God in prayer: Why is doing the right thing often misconstrued as wrongdoing in our country? Why is integrity not valued? Why is the prudent management of resources, especially when invested in critical areas like education and healthcare, wrongly labelled as stinginess? Why are humility and obedience to the rule of law often taken to be weakness rather than discipline? Let me assure all that I am not desperate to be President, Vice President, or Senate President. I am desperate to see a society that can console a mother whose child has been kidnapped or killed while going to school or work. I am desperate to see a Nigeria where people will not live in IDP camps but in their homes. I am desperate for a country where Nigerian citizens do not go to bed hungry, not knowing where their next meal will come from. Yet, despite everything, I remain resolute. I firmly believe that Nigeria can still become a country with competent leadership based on justice, compassion, and equal opportunity for all. A new Nigeria is POssible. -PO

HAPPENING: A high powered leadership delegation of the ADC are having an urgent last minute emergency meeting to persuade Peter Obi and Kwankwaso to stop their planned defection to the NDC. They assured Mr. Obi that there will be transparent party direct primaries which will be televised and supervised by independent body. THE DANGER: The danger is if Obi participates in ADC primaries, he'll no longer be able to participate in another primaries in another political party. What's your take on it?

Good evening, Nigerians. Thank you for the solidarity. The Ogun State Police Command has reached out to me. We have exchanged intelligence. We have been able to establish some facts, but the victims remain in the kidnappers' custody. As I was typing this post, the kidnappers called me again with another number. Threatening to k!ll my sister if I do not do the needful. I have to cry and beg for mercy and time. She is in pains. I am restless and sleepless. I pray this will not k!ll me. I pray everything will end well. Please, it is not over. Let's keep the pressure on until every victim is released because I just realised that they are many. Thank you for the solidarity. May Nigeria not happen to you. @PoliceNG @PoliceNG_CRU @OfficialDSSNG @NuhuRibadu @BTOofficial @aleeygiwa @TunjiDisu1 @CspIniedu @Brightgoldenboy @HQNigerianArmy

Harry @trigottista, for reasons best known to him, is doing everything to paint wrong narratives about me at this critical time when the life of my younger sister is at stake in the hands of kidnappers! Heaven and earth know my stand. It further breaks me, but I thank those who are seeing beyond his gimmicks. I have and will never support bad governance. That you are not a victim today has not immunised you from not being a victim tomorrow. Please, help rescue my younger sister alive. She has been in the harsh and harrowing den of kidnappers for 5 days. She might not survive further torture. Thank you. @AishaYesufu @aleeygiwa @TunjiDisu1 @CspIniedu @Brightgoldenboy @HQNigerianArmy @PoliceNG_CRU @OfficialDSSNG @NuhuRibadu @BTOofficial @nigimmigration @AmnestyNigeria @amnesty @PoliceNG

Okay... I really don't understand the TL So if someone doesn't support your candidate, the person doesn't want Nigeria to progress? So if someone doesn't support Peter Obi, the person is an enemy of progress and hater of Nigeria? Is that what it is now?

Morris, now that you’ve declared interest, it’s time to focus on your state. Your people need to see your commitment to their issues. It’s about earning their trust and showing you can deliver, not getting caught up in external politics. Put the spotlight on Delta and what you can do for them.

Do not lose hope. 2027 will be bigger. Opposition numbers have swollen up since then and it is starting to look like a 2 horse race. As for me, I have to run my own race at this time and take my message directly to Deltans. I will have to do that on my own. It’s a battle I have to face alone.
Chimaobi@Cymdyboy

I don’t think there will be the same energy as the 2022/2023 campaign and election for Peter Obi this year. Everyone’s hope was crushed the moment INEC announced that drug dealer as the winner of the 2023 presidential election. Even I lost hope when Morris Monye stepped away from anything related to Obi and politics. I don’t have the energy or optimism I had back then, because I know that in 2027 power likely won’t change hands, and Obi isn’t going to win.
