Our team recently participated in the Rural Livelihoods Conference by Vedanta in Udaipur, and it was a proud moment for all of us. Our fellow Rajkumari Pradhan, a young woman leader from Jharkhand, took part in a panel discussion, where she confidently shared her lived experiences and journey of empowerment, her voice reflecting strength, resilience, and change. She was joined at the event by our fellow Binita and our founder Lopa Gandhi. Our team is currently conducting block-level trainings for Anganwadi Sevikas across all blocks of Chatra district, strengthening their capacities to support early learning, nutrition, and adolescent wellbeing at the grassroots. These trainings are creating spaces for reflection, learning, and skill-building—recognising Anganwadi Sevikas as key pillars of community development and early childhood education.
