Finally, Saul was confused because he did not know Jesus but Jesus knew him and he appeared to have divine nature like the burning bush Moses saw. After that, Jesus instructed him where to go. This indicates that he was being called and that he was already forgiven his sins by what Jesus had done. All that remained was accepting salvation by accepting Jesus. If you are not saved, know this, Jesus did not come to condemn the world but save it. All you need to do is accept Jesus and what he did for you. God will do the rest. So how do we pay for stuff? We would at least have to have corporate taxes. I propose corporate taxes based on usage of infrastructure such as roads, power, water and internet backbone and industry sector. Sectors that use more infrastructure would pay a slightly higher rate. Property taxes should also not be based on property values but rather use of infrastructure. If you have rental suites, you pay more taxes. If you have kids in school, you pay more. If you have more garbage bins, you pay more.

While our government continues it's inflationary policies and attempts to save face with a minuscule "grocery benefit", the Liberals and Conservatives ignore a major factor. The Tariff Tax. Tariffs are a tax that gets passed down to the consumer and increases the costs of both imported and domestic goods. It's time to end the endless taxation on the wallets of Canadians by our government.

Yes, they are factored in the calculation of pricing but many of those things are applicable to the business as a whole and not specific to any one product unless if the company only has one product. Are you aware that prior to the end of ww1, canada only had tarrifs and corporate taxes federally. It was implemented as a "temporary" measure to fund the war effort. The GST was another scam to offload taxes from trade onto consumers directly. It was a big win for companies. I used to believe in free trade and I was ok with the GST until I realized it was a bait and switch.

So yes, the cost of the tariff is passed upon the consumer at the end of the line of hands the good passes through as it increases that price.

Canada is literally the only G7 country without high speed rail. Conservatives want you to continue to pay sky high prices for gas, worsen congestion on roads and make your commute hours longer. We've been "studying" high speed rail for 50 years - time to get it built.

Is is good food or food filled with preservatives? Canada should be embarassed into adopting food standards similar to Europe.
