Cooking for time is far better for neutralizing bacteria than high temperatures when it comes to meat, especially chicken.

@SalmaMo62 @little__cutiee It has bacteria no matter what buddy. It doesn’t just die once hitting a certain temperature. That meat is cooked at a lower temperature for hours too, which means it’s safer to eat than a steak cooked to 150F in like 15-20 minutes.
