En effet, derrière le joli mythe médiatique, la réalité Duralex c'est : - 14 hectares du site achetés par Orléans Métropole pour 5,5 M€ afin de financer la reprise - Un prêt de 1M€ accordé par la région Centre-Val-de-Loire - Un fonds de garantie avec Bpifrance - Une garantie bancaire de 3M€ par l'État - Près de 700 000€ d'aides publiques - Un prêt FDES de 750 000€ - Un besoin d'investissement de 17M€ pour moderniser l'usine Que reste-t-il de l'indépendance quand on est dépendant de l'argent public pour compenser l'absence de rentabilité ? Et si l'élan de solidarité des Français pour Duralex révélait au fond un vieux fantasme dont notre pays est captif ? La France rêve d’une industrie rayonnante... mais sans profits. D’usines... mais sans investisseurs. D'emplois... mais sans destruction créatrice. Elle veut conserver les symboles du capitalisme industriel tout en refusant ses règles économiques. Duralex n’est pas seulement une entreprise : c'est une métaphore nationale.
