People are so fucking dumb. Like some seasoned trader is going to place a huge obvious bet so it can say, “Look at me! Inside knowledge!” And none of the decision making was done in a vacuum. I’m sure there were discussions with the neighboring Gulf countries, probably other allies, and ton shit of people who needed to know.

Yes. Trump tipped off one person 14 minutes before he posted (the “minutes before” is a lie) and this person just made huge moves so it could tip off everyone with “look at me!” trade. The most likely scenario is that in a high stakes maneuver, such as bombing Kharg Island, there were a ton of countries who knew. Trump just didn’t whisper in one person’s ear and then post. Many moving parts were in the discussion. But Jessica is too stupid to get beyond her talking points.

Reuters confirms why I’ve been saying: the U.S. has been allowing fuel in to Cuban private businesses like foreign-operated hotels but barring it from hospitals and other publicly run institutions. I’m sure that the NYT and The Free Press, which produced entire articles about Hasan Piker’s hotel, will do a follow up now
