Yesterday, we embarked on the journey to initiate the Olokola Deep Sea Port Project, which spans across Ogun and Ondo states. We have commenced community engagements, surveys, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and other essential activities. We have been to Ode Omi, Araromi Sea side, Okitipupa, Igbokoda… These efforts will facilitate our approach to the Federal Executive Council (FEC) for approvals and ultimately enable us to move to the site ASAP. I personally lead the project team for the engagement and site visitation to demonstrate the respect the President of Dangote holds for the communities involved, pass his well wishes and explain our presence. I conveyed to them the seriousness and readiness of the @DangoteGroup to commence and complete this project.

The Zamfara State Government has received the operational license agreement with Umza Aviation Services Limited to oversee the takeoff and landing of aircraft conveying this year’s pilgrims from Gusau International Airport.
