Hey @OldSchoolRS, can I get some clarity on this? The only thing I've used on this account is Chrome remote desktop to access my PC from my phone, as I often do on most of my accounts. First time I've ever been banned for it.

@UndefeatedOsrs While the Support team would have some such info, they're unlikely to post it here on social media, even if you can confirm to them that you're the legit user of the account. Anyway, they're JagexSupport on this platform if you'd like to let them know what you need, and why.
