Absolutely nothing gained in this US-Iran war, except for a particular nation. Hope it’s truly ending.

@ryangerritsen This is our fault, by the way. Canadians elected these retards. Don’t blame anyone except us. Either the country changes its mindset toward a more conservative view, or we’re fucked for eternity…

To believe that these two just get to walk off into the sunset without ever answering for what they did to our Country is beyond infuriating to think about. And both of them are complicit in helping to install our current Government which only continues our slow march towards complete destruction of the Canada we once knew.

The Golden Number Most people know 777 as a number connected to luck or mystery. But in programming, especially in Linux and Unix systems, it has a very specific technical meaning. Inside these operating systems, every file and folder is protected by a permission structure. These permissions decide who can access something, who can modify it, and who can run it as a program. The system separates users into three categories: ▫️The owner ▫️The group ▫️Everyone else Each category can receive different levels of permission: ▫️Read access ▫️Write access ▫️Execute access To simplify this structure, Unix systems represent permissions using numbers. The highest possible permission value is 7, which means all permissions are enabled at once. So when programmers use 777, they are assigning the maximum possible access level to every category of user simultaneously. Nothing is restricted. Because of this, 777 became widely recognized among programmers, system administrators, and hackers as a symbol of complete access and unrestricted control over a system resource. Over time, the number gained cultural meaning beyond programming itself. In early internet and hacker communities, people started viewing 777 as more than just system syntax. It represented: ▫️Total freedom inside a machine ▫️Bypassing limitations ▫️Unrestricted system interaction ▫️Deep understanding of operating systems The number became associated with terminal culture, Linux environments, underground forums, and cyberpunk aesthetics because it reflected a core idea of early computing culture: The ability to fully control the system instead of being controlled by it That’s why 777 continued appearing across digital culture, not because it was random, but because programmers understood the technical meaning behind it. What looked like just a number to outsiders was actually a reference to one of the most recognizable permission states in computing. 🐰 ♟️

BREAKING: US officials say Iran has agreed to give up its highly enriched uranium under the deal which President Trump said will “soon” be announced, per NYT. Iran has yet to make any public statements on the supposed agreement.

This is shocking. Mark Cuban SOLD all his Bitcoin. In his own words: "Bitcoin lost the plot." He explains that $BTC was designed to be the ultimate alternative to fiat - and completely failed the test during the Iran war. (interview from Portfolio Players)

Those that told you that the Bitcoin bull market would last longer and extend into 2026 want you to know why the bear market will be shorter But those that told you the bear market was starting seem to be the only ones open to it continuing.

@m0dest___ Some people are just mad by the fact that your art is making good money, that’s just human jealousy. You’ve earned your success. Keep doing what you’re doing..

on where we are / idiots and scarcity sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but we nowhere near the comfortable part of our history yet. digital art on the blockchain is still a knife fight in a parking lot compared to the centuries of institutional momentum traditional art has behind it. we are still tiny. still early. still mocked. still wildly underestimated, and perhaps even more misunderstood. so no, i’m not interested in sitting quietly in a corner making scarcity-optimized pieces hoping the old world eventually validates us. fuck that. i want this medium to win. and winning requires force. energy. experimentation. obsession. people willing to build loud enough, weird enough, ambitiously enough that the world cannot ignore what’s happening here anymore. that’s why i make work every day, incessantly. that’s why i build systems. games. stories. mechanics. chaos. participatory art. internet-native experiences. because every one of those things is a distribution vehicle for the medium itself. every one is another chance to pull someone deeper into this world and show them that onchain art can do things physical art never could. i do not believe cryptoart is a phase. i think it is a new creative frontier. a new canvas. a new set of rails for how art lives and moves through humanity. and if we want that future, we creators and collectors have to bend the world to our will. drag it into existence ourselves. nobody is coming to hand it to us. so yeah. i’m going to keep showing up every day. exhausted or inspired. confident or terrified. i’m going to keep pushing this boulder uphill with everyone else insane enough to believe this matters. because i would rather die swinging for the future of this medium than politely wait for permission or acceptance from a world that still doesn’t understand what’s coming. thank you for coming to my ted talk. no further questions or comments at this time. except this : if you don’t like what i do or how i do it or how often i do it… floor it and get the actual fuck out.

Really interesting use case for Kaspa. Love the idea of making life better by leveraging the best PoW technology out there.
Olaf Weller@WellerOlaf

KasPact is a Kaspa-based commitment app that helps you put real skin in the game for goals you truly care about. You lock KAS into a covenant for a chosen challenge, like losing 10 kg, staying alcohol-free for 90 days, going to the gym 4 times a week, finishing a business project, waking up early every day, or completing a 30-day discipline challenge. The locked KAS has two possible paths: it can be burned if the commitment is broken, or returned to the original user address once the commitment period has passed. Your chosen referee will often be someone you know outside of Kaspa, like a friend, coach, partner, colleague, or family member. They don’t need to be into crypto yet, but by helping you with your commitment, they naturally get introduced to Kaspa, programmable money, and what trustless contracts can make possible. KasPact turns personal goals into trustless commitments while onboarding new people into the Kaspa ecosystem. We are currently in the technical prototyping phase. Better communication, visuals and public updates will come later via KasPact.com and @KasPact. If you want to help build this, I am especially looking for people strong in: - Tech / security / full-stack development - Frontend / UX for non-crypto users - Community / growth on Telegram/Discord and X. If that sounds like you, reach out.

Codex is crazy. It’s allowing me to vibecode a complex crypto app that would normally cost a developer around 150 to 300 hours of work 👀 KasPact is already thousands of lines of actual code, built on top of the new Kaspa Covenant tech. If you want to hear more about what I’m building with KasPact, listen in on @BlockchainBants with @Cryptopumpzzzz and @TheVisualAye here 👇 youtube.com/live/1wavGO9g5… #Kaspa #Covenants #Toccata $KAS

Great interview. We need more genuine artists and collectors in the space, and M0dest along with his collectors are a great example of what can make the NFT space a better place.

1/14 In this interview @m0dest___ says there is no "secret ingredient". But the interview itself feels like one. Artists, collectors - take a few minutes to read it. You’ll enjoy it and you’ll learn a lot 🧵

Bitcoin is the teller of all liquidity. If you want to know what’s happening with bonds, stocks, etc watch the liquidity on $BTC. It will top first and bottom first out of all risk assets. I still believe we have 1 more leg down & this begins when stocks correct. Soon?

Ohh yeah right, 0.1% of Ribbit’s current interest. Totally just a coincidence that Ribbita shows up in the one video Ribbit Capital drops right after revamping their entire website and X page… Yeah yeah, makes perfect sense. $TIBBIR 🐸
