This is John Kelly, a judge in Victoria's County Court. He recently presided over a case where, in the 1980s, a 10-12 year old Manny Waks was raped by Zev (Velvel) Serebryanski inside a Melbourne synagogue during the Jewish festival of Shavuot. Decades later, the truth came out. The victim who is now a prominent advocate fighting child abuse in Jewish communities, confronted Serebryanski in 2017 at his home in New York.
