Nobody holds real beef with Britain about the Revolution anymore; it's more obvious than ever our siblings across the pond need the Constitution. They're our kin and we are one civilization as saints have said. Reunion is long past due. Rally all ye who love liberty. #UniteUSUK

@Empireaesth The owner of this account is no überpatriot anyway & has been directly harmed in their family by American policy. The litany of America's crimes in history are inexcusable. Yet in Christian love we still believe that there is redemption & silver linings everywhere by God's grace.

@Empireaesth If you want to risk EVERY DAY, getting a knock on your door from the cops "just comin in for a brief talk luv xoxo" wiTH a snowball's chance in hell of defending yourself in court over a naughty xeet, be my guest. Yet in all love I urge you to consider others hurt by this tyranny

@PaulSkallas If this ain't proof that the non-US Anglosphere needs to accept reality and just join the Union for Constitutional amongst other benefits, idk what is. It's time.

They are more like Swedes. - autists - big on public social conformity - good at tech - were a regional military empire but wound it down after a big loss to a world power - reserved, being loud and self promoting seen as low class

Why the UK and Japan Are Basically the Same Country - Constitutional monarchies - Island nations - Unique food culture - Suck at foreign languages (because island nations) - Had empires - People are mad at them (because empires) - Tea

it's such a fascinating mess, our identity, and it's all because The Empire neither began with a proclamation or ended with one. A vast quagmire of Britishness choking everyone in the isles who tries to understand themselves
yoshimi red@nise_yoshimi

the dilemma of the English right: "Britain" here refers to an ideal national white ethnostate which Britain, tied intimately to empire, has never been. They mean "English", not "British", but "England" is nothing - this flimsy UK/Britain distinction is their flimsy compromise

@CentipedeAccept @nise_yoshimi A puppet state is a meager affair. The UK has zero of the benefits of the US Constitution. We don't care 1 wit about conquest or any nasty stuff- this is about Anglosphere unity and justice and freedom. Nothing else. Nobody in Britain (or Canada etc) should be jailed for a tweet

@UniteUSUK @nise_yoshimi The UK has basically been a vassal state for the US since WWII and if they did formally merge Britain would never be able to escape a subordinate relationship to CONUS. Haven't you already won?

Fortunately, the U.S. has the First Amendment so these laws are getting struck down right and left in our courts. This is why the movement saved the U.S. for last: get the foreign infrastructure up first, get the global giants harmonizing to the worst standard.

It’s a bunch of Anglo-American NGOs and “trust and safety” types who were appalled by Trump 2016 and Brexit and have been working quietly on the problem of taming the Internet since then. In the UK, the pushback has already started. The U.S. immune system isn’t fully developed.

What’s wild about this global “age verification” push is that no one even knows who or where it’s coming from. Yet it’s clearly one idea with one source. Real power in “our democracy” has become entirely mysterious. Makes medieval Venice look like a New England town meeting

the fact that the US produced hip-hop, which is generally more chill than the normal baseline, and the UK produced, as an analog, jungle music and drum and bass, which is generally more amped up than the normal baseline, clearly means something about the differences between us.
