@UnitySFBank Am a customer at Versova Branch. Just needed account statement and interest certificate for last financial year via email. Called up call centre. Got the request number. Staff at Versova Branch non cooperative

Worse part call centre cannot connect to the Branch. Branch does not have a Branch number. How does one get banking done? Terrible bank and customer service

They may not be able or be comfortable with digital banking. In my case my daughter wss refused Account Statement and passbook updation. Please Madam FM help senior citizens so that they do NOT face such harrasement. @nsitharaman @narendramodi

Everyone may not want digital banking. More than half the time, Server is Down in that branch. The staff has such terrible attitude to even refuse passbook updation. Madam FM, banks must be sensitized towards senior citizens

@aubankindia I hold a senior citizen savings account at Andheri Four Bunglows branch having branch code 2524. I have a right leg issue due to which I am unable to walk properly. I rarely visit the branch. My daughter does being a joint holder.

This evening we visited Art Mumbai, a contemporary art fair, that is currently hosting more than 50 galleries at the racecourse, Worli. As a Mumbaikar, it fills me with joy and pride to see such art fairs happening in our city. Some fine masterpieces at the fair!

As a lady senior citizen with such staff how does one bank with this kind of staff. Even a public sector bank does not harass customers. Forget refreshing the brand refresh the staff, teach them some manners. Let the back office do their job properly.

@YESBANK Four Bunglow branch of the bank is one of the worst branch ever. Worst than even a public sector bank. Had done an e-KYC in February. Now the same bank asks to update KYC physically. The staff replies that there is the back office which does not do their job.
