Also am I the only one that thought that Cleo should’ve done her own headline show? I don’t know why the decision was made to have it at #allpointseast in the first place. Her team were carrying most of the marketing compared to the actual organisers.

And this is just an example of one therapeutic modality, as there are loads out there that have a different perspective on the difficulties one is experiencing.
And to be clear, there is a place where in therapy you acknowledge the actions of others and how this impacts you.

Completely inaccurate. Therapy acknowledges how your beliefs and actions might be maintaining difficulties.
And even if others were the issue, YOU still have to do the work in therapy to set and maintain boundaries to better cope and not get stuck in similar cycles/situations.

Therapy a lot of the time is just a means for people to reinforce their own biases about how noble they are and how their problems are everyone else fault. You want to be affirmed, centred and justified and for everyone else to be the root of your problems.

This only happens if you are dishonest with your therapist or dishonest about what you’re experiencing in therapy.
Part of therapy is quite the opposite, it’s to get you to see where you are the villian in someone else’s experience.
