In past 70 years the only private member bill that has seen the light of the day in India was the transgender bill.

At a micro level, if u can't find workers, either u are bad employer or that job shouldn't exist. As a capitalist its ur job to invest in a way u can attract labour & still make profit.

As % of workforce India & China has exactly similar % of workers in gig economy. That didn't stop Chinese from becoming manufacturing powerhouse.
Stop crying & build better factories. Workers wouldn't hv to go home, if u make arrangement for an canteen. Be a better capitalist

VCs are killing manufacturing by taking all labourers into low value delivery services work. There. I said it. The country NEEDS workforce elsewhere. In logistics. Packaging. Manufacturing. We need more operators, helpers, labourers.
