I feel like getting laryngitis and losing my voice for now 5 days with minimal improvement was my body’s way of telling me to slow down and rest for once… Sometimes we get so caught up with work and making content/streaming that we forget to look after ourselves… Ive been burnt out for a while but was riding on the fact I have a week off next week… you can’t make resting wait for you because it will bite you in the butt… This is your reminder to slow down and look after yourself better!!
