* Curl to Shoulder Press
* RDL + Squat
* Reverse Lunge + Curl to Shoulder Press
* High Knee + Curl - raise knee and curl opposite arm
Do 8-10 reps of each exercise

* Push-Ups ×2 pop up to Squats ×2 - Hybrid Dumbbell Burpee
Start with 2-5min conditioning then dumbbell circuit and repeat 3-5 rounds.
