In a surprise to almost no one, and in maybe the most egregious, and LARGEST SCALE INSIDER TRADING in Prediction Markets EVER, both Lady Gaga and Ricky Martin performed at the halftime show Insiders made many 100s of thousands, to maybe even as much as 2-3 MILLION DOLLARS Prosecutions must be made over this. It’s the only way to stop/discourage insider trading from ever happening before it begins. The more severe the consequences, the less people will attempt to do it in the first place. The reason insider trading is so rampant in PMs, is because little to nothing is done about it. My hope is that this will change soon There’s so much more to this, and it’s really quite insane and I don’t think I’m being melodramatic here There was so many insiders in this market (and other SB markets as well, but this was the biggest exposé) in fact, that they actually were heavily competing with each to get as many contracts as they wanted, and even disagreed with each other on the fair value of other markets in the market (not Ricky Martin or Lady Gaga) that were more ambiguous if they met the criteria to resolve Yes. I would guesstimate that there was at least dozens, but maybe even 100s of insiders in this market, not exaggerating Totally wild all around, and I think it’s more than fair to expect @Kalshi, where this all started, (@Polymarket didn’t even list these markets until after the off the charts insider trading started happening, although the insider trading continued on their platform too) to put out public statements on A) How this is being handled, how many accounts are being suspended, and B) How many CFTC referrals and referrals for prosecution are being made for this Making this post because I think major action needs to be taken here, and I think insider trading in PMs is seriously out of control at this point.
