@Tradermayne Be careful with things like oats, rice, etc that are inherently gluten free, but often grown near and/or are processed in facilities that handle wheat/gluten/barley. I buy Gluten Free certified to ensure (means it's been tested for gluten under 20ppm and passed).

@Tradermayne I did and it's been a game changer for me. But I actually have a gluten allergy/intolerance. If you do, you'll know. It may take a few weeks for the inflammation and other issues to subside. Don't give up and like you said it's in everything.
