This is so healing and calming in the heart

This Man dared to say that consciousness is a cosmic vibration field that our brains only tune into like radios, and not long after sharing these wild ideas with the CIA, he died in the fiery Plane crash of American Airlines, the deadliest plane disaster in U.S. history. Dr. Itzhak Bentov, an inventor and thinker whose model of consciousness helped shape the CIA’s Gateway Process research. Bentov’s main idea was that everything in the universe is made of vibrations. From atoms and molecules to humans and even the whole cosmos, everything vibrates or resonates, and these vibrations create reality. Sometimes the vibrations cancel out at a “node” and reach zero, and Bentov thought that in those tiny moments, reality briefly switches into a higher‑frequency state where we connect to a deeper level of existence. He believed that patterns of harmony (coherence) and disharmony (decoherence) in vibrations shape what we call physical reality.
