Now, finally the MOLLE panels! This was way more work than anticipated but definitely worth it. After making templates, drawing, tweaking, and trying different ideas for the hinges and locking brackets (I wanted the panels to easily hold the weight of multiple accessories, including Rotopax water canisters and traction boards, etc.), I also wanted them—when folded upward (to allow access to all of the Urander bed cap’s side storage compartments while in camp)—to support substantial weight while locked open. So they had to actually lock in the open position (i.e., my tent A/C heater combo is planned to sit on top of the middle MOLLE panel when folded and locked up at camp to allow a short run of flexible air ducting to feed into the tent). I have more upgrades in progress now, so more to come later!

@cybertruck upgrade day! huge thanks to Patrick and @UranderOfficial for keeping this on track when one of the packages disappeared enroute.
Can’t wait to add that new pass through tent next!

3 weeks with over 3k miles of self-driving on mixed roads with a full vault, @UranderOfficial Passthrough tent, 270 awning and light-bar resulted in 448.6 in consumption. My normal usage over 43k is 418.8

My next Cybertruck overlanding upgrades are finally done! First, I installed a few sets of the Rigid SR-L series camp/scene LED lights onto the sides of the Urander Gen 2 rack (nail-biter as a router was involved… so no turning back)! Then I fabricated and installed a one-off set of hinged-to-open Molle panels on the bed rack exterior sides. I really like the build quality and newly added storage features of the Urander Gen 2 rack, but I also kinda missed the overland aesthetic and versatility of the fairly large exterior Molle panels on their first-generation rack, so I thought, why not combine them? Mission accomplished!

A lot of people have asked me about the new @UranderOfficial Passthrough rooftop tent and how it moves. I put together this video to help you learn if it is right for you...hint...it probably is.

Here is @mpgenchau expertly wading across the Mono Lake trail river crossing.. and other creeks on the coyote trail. Just keep the water level at or below 34 inches!
