@TesCalendar1 Just hope it doesn't turn against you 😬 Have you noticed any efficiency improvement with the bed cap?

Dreaming about the enclosed bed cap kit by Urander. Pair it with a rooftop tent and it'd be a definite space upgrade for camping vs. our Cybertent setup. @UranderOfficial do y'all need anybody to test it out? 😋

@dezmondOliver Only 3% of the parts on the original exist on the final version If parts supply for discontinued cars was going to be an issue, it would already be happening

So what happens if a Model S or X needs a part replaced? Is your car absolutely totaled if your tailgate is dented and you need a new one?

@wholemars Yeah Biggest issues I still have with it on 📐: Braking for a turn before signaling Braking for off-ramp or left turn before getting fully in the lane (like 35 in a 55 while half hanging out) Those are hard to intervene for, but I get end up getting a disengage nudging the yoke

@Rockternal @mrkylefield Since they are internal to Tesla, it's more effective to add the solar to their charging location (or other site to offset electricity cost)

@mrkylefield If the Cybercab had solar like the Aptera it might actually be worth it. Say 20-25 miles a day is a decent amount?

Cybercab hitting 165wh/mi efficiency is unmatched and won't be touched for a while. Way to go Tesla! That is 5 miles per kWh! INSANE!

Folks this is 5:30 CST today!!! Remember that I have suggested that this might be a good time to unveil the YL. In fact, I know it’s a good time. And that’s all I know.

@Geo_Pelton @TesCalendar1 Sure, it's in the L2 scope but increases the ability of people to charge at home if they have a limited main breaker panel (speaking to EV working for 95% of people)

For those that say L1 charging an EV won’t work! I charged my Tesla Model 3 34% overnight on a 110V plug. For reference, I use about 22% to drive to work and back (48 miles round trip). Now I owe my neighbor $1.50 🫨

@minusYCore You can always bump both charge and temp at a local DCFC if needed. There are so many work arounds. Work charging too. My point is that EVs probably work for 95% of people.
