@tharakabimal @UrbanLK Thanks for the tweet. At one point this was one of the few leading trusted stores and I’m surprised it has comes to this. While I understand supply chain issues which may have occurred with recent events, this is not acceptable

Has anyone here had an issue with @UrbanLK? We ordered AirPods in September and they didn’t deliver it for a month saying that they don’t have it in stock. After about a month they went all quiet. Didn’t answer their phone, didn’t reply to the social media messages etc.

@tharakabimal @iamkapilan As an E-commerce platform we are the middle person for may parties which are involved in the operation & when an issue like this happens it takes bit of time to sort it out. In the meantime we appreciate your patience.

You have cropped out the last email that we sent you on the 25th. Therefore posting that we are unresponsive & went silent on your issue is unfair.
