🥞 It's Shrove Tuesday #PancakeDay! In Horncastle it was tradition that a Pancake Bell 🔔 was rung at 10am @StMarysChc. Once this had been to call people to confession before Lent, but after the Reformation it became a holiday and excuse for sports

@R_J_Mutton Hi Rob, once we got onto it, the survey area was fairly unwieldy so we pulled it back to just Mablethorpe although Sutton on Sea is an interesting place! We did also have discussions with other authorities who felt that the places were more distinct than first anticipated
