Our crews are responding to a burst water pipe on Enoggera Road at Alderley. Two of three outbound lanes on Enoggera Road are closed to traffic, and drivers are urged to take care. We apologise for the inconvenience. #BNEtraffic

Water service is restored in Tingalpa. Roadworks currently underway along Wynnum Road and will be completed tonight. Water still available in Holland Park while pipe repairs are underway along Abbotsleigh Street. Some noise impacts overnight and roadworks to commence tomorrow.

Crews worked through the night, but these are large pipes and complex jobs, so repairs will continue into this afternoon. Traffic impacts remain at both locations. We urge drivers to take care.

Update 11/12/25 6:00AM: All roads have now reopened. Please be advise the footpath in the Ann Street to Adelaide Street section has some remaining works pedestrians please take care. We thank the community for its patience while we undertake these essential works.

Our crews are responding to a burst water pipe on Edward Street, Brisbane CBD. Sections between Ann Street and Adelaide Street and Adelaide Street and Queen Street will be closed . We are working to have Adelaide Street and Queen Street thoroughfares open after 7am. #BNEtraffic

Update 11/12/2025 5:00AM: Crews have completed repairs on the burst water pipe on Edward St, Brisbane CBD with water back on for those properties. We want to thank you for your patience while we carry out these works.

Update 7:40am: The thoroughfares of Adelaide Street and Queen Street are now open.

Our crews are responding to a burst water main at the intersection of Vulture Street and Leopard Street, with repairs expected to continue into the morning of Tuesday 28 October. This is a complex repair and traffic diversions will remain in place. We urge drivers to take care.

Some customers in Pullenvale, Brookfield and Kenmore Hills may be experiencing low pressure or no water. Water boosters have lost power in the storm and they help pump water to homes in hilly areas. Our crews are working to get water back on ASAP.
