As a young man/woman learn to prioritize your health first before anything. Once in a while go for medical checkups, A & Bscan ,CT, AST,MRI, X-ray,PET,ECRP, FBT, Biopsy etc. Don't just pop a pill and take hoping it would be fine. Life is too short to not smile when you got teeth.

Life is a journey but no one knows when it ends can't even imagine what ik would be going through now, smh.
