On 14 July 2026, Burkina Faso announced that it was declaring two diplomats representing the European Union 'persona non grata', banning them from the country. On that day, the Agence d'Information du Burkina (Burkina Faso News Agency-AIB) posted on its Facebook page that "The Deputy Head of Delegation and Head of the Political, Press and Information Section at the European Union Delegation in Burkina Faso, who has been declared persona non grata, has three days to leave Burkinabé territory." No other details or explanations were given regarding the decision to expel these European officials. However, this move may be a response to the European Parliament's recent resolutions against the government of Burkina Faso. On 17 June 2026, Burkina Faso's government was denounced for failing to be “democratic” and for suppressing freedom of expression. Some have pointed out that the European Union also lacks freedom of expression, but African countries do not use that as a pretext to attempt regime change in Europe. In response to the EU resolutions targeting Burkina Faso, the West African country summoned the EU ambassador, Philippe Bronchain, to denounce the bloc's imperialist intervention and paternalism, as seen by the Burkinabe government. On 26 June 2026, Burkina Faso also announced that it was ending all diplomatic relations with its former coloniser, France, an historic move that represents a new page for the country. Perhaps this signals that even more ties will be cut with western European entities in the future.

@hassjsb13990 Who propped up Israel? Anglo imperials. Why do they side with Israel over Palestinians? They are proportionally closer to 'western values"(Whiteness) than the Palestinians. If white supremacy is not at the root then why are the victims always brown/Black and culprits West backed?

White supremacy is not at the core of Zionism. It plays a role WITHIN the coloniser caste hierarchy, but Zionism is rooted in Jewish supremacy. It’s ignorant & anti-Palestinian to claim this. This “analysis” stems from lazy projection of 🇺🇸 white supremacy or racial narcissism
Pastor Ben@BenjaminPDixon

@hassjsb13990 @Omobiliki fascinating all of the factors you have to ignore to reject the white supremacy at the core of Zionism.

The WB, ADB and IMF work together to set debt traps. The only infrastructure they build is for wealth extraction. The infrastructure China builds helps nations become independent and free themselves from their former colonial masters. A rising Global South means their U.S. Empire’s ability to suck people dry will weaken.
Carlos@agent_of_change

Zambia has just signed contracts with a consortium of Chinese firms to build a two-megawatt solar plant, with battery storage, in every one of its 156 constituencies. That’s 312 megawatts of decentralised clean power, wired into the national grid, in a single nationwide programme. The $238 million Presidential Constituency Energy Initiative is expected to create more than 15,000 jobs. It builds on projects like the Chinese-built Chisamba solar plant, which added 100 megawatts to the grid last year. Zambia now has over a gigawatt of solar operating and another 1.6 gigawatts under construction, making it one of the most dynamic renewable-energy markets on the African continent. Zambia’s recent power crisis has been driven above all by climate change: the country depends heavily on hydropower, and a devastating drought crippled its dams, plunging much of the nation into blackouts. The response, made possible by Chinese finance, technology and manufacturing, is to leapfrog straight to distributed solar in every corner of the country. For all the hypocritical and idiotic Western hand-wringing about “debt traps” and “Chinese influence”, it is China that turns up with the panels, the batteries, the financing and the engineers, on terms that leave ownership and revenue in Zambian hands. The countries that spent centuries extracting Zambia’s copper offer lectures; China offers modernisation and clean energy. This is South-South cooperation in action: not slogans, but a solar plant in every constituency. A poorer country developing on its own terms, with a partner that treats it as an equal. It is exactly the future the imperial order is desperate to prevent. english.news.cn/africa/2026071…

As they get mogged by China harder and harder, it's hilarious to watch Silicon Valley libs get hysterical upon realizing that the real reason for US tech supremacy was US imperialism - not merit. They were not more "intelligent" or "better at shipping" or had the "best brians in the world" or any such nonsense - they were just more evil and hegemonic. That was their real moat. All else was derivative and followed downstream. And now with China's rise, that moat is drying up. And they cannot defend themselves, they have no option but to watch helplessly as China defeats and conquers them. The copium is a beautiful sight to behold.

The US empire is by far the biggest threat election integrity worldwide. It has militarily intervened to overthrow more than 50+ governments in 400+ operations since World War II, including those that stole elections in Honduras, Colombia, and countless other countries. Every accusation is a confession.

In 2016 we had Russiagate. In 2026, we have Chinagate. The US empire is trying to cover up bipartisan failures by escalating a Cold War. The Democrats blamed Russia. Now Trump and the GOP are blaming China. This is a CIA cover up of the real problem: endless bipartisan war and austerity to enrich bankers.

ASSATA SHAKUR SOCIALISM OR IMPERIALISM July 16th marks the birthday of the courageous socialist and Black nationalist freedom fighter, Assata Shakur (16 July 1947- 25 September 2025). Assata Shakur dedicated her whole life to the cause of Black liberation, making incredible sacrifices for the freedom of her people. As a member of the Black Panther Party and the Black Liberation Army, she understood the importance of collective struggle and organisation. On 2 May 1973, Assata Shakur was arrested and imprisoned. In 1977, she was sentenced to life in prison after being convicted of killing a New Jersey State Trooper during a shootout on the New Jersey Turnpike. However, many supporters and scholars argue the charges were trumped up, citing ballistic and forensic evidence presented at trial that they say indicated Shakur could not have fired a weapon, alongside evidence that she was shot twice, including while her hands were raised in surrender. While in prison, Assata Shakur became pregnant and gave birth to her daughter Kukuya while she was still under detention. Her daughter was removed from her care. However, on 2 November, 1979, Assata Shakur escaped prison, broke out with assistance from her comrades, and made her way to Cuba. Cuba granted Assata refuge until her very last day, protecting her even when the FBI offered a million-dollar bounty for her capture. Today, Assata Shakur continues to serve as an inspiration to those curious about building a better world in which capitalism and white supremacy are not viewed as inevitable or everlasting. Her legacy continues to shape current movements and struggles even in 2026. In her own words, "There is, and always will be, until every Black man, woman, and child is free, a Black Liberation Army." Show your appreciation for Assata in the comments and help us wish her a happy birthday.

@goingpostall I began to start really hating Orwell when I foubd out Snowball from Animal Farm was an allegory for Trotsky and Napoleon an allegory for Stalin. Orwell started off as a fascist Anglo imperialist soldier and remained one even in his writing. A "DSA" trojan of his time.

Insanely dumb to use the US's poverty line to compare US poverty to victims of US imperialism. The international poverty line is 3 dollars (PPP) a day, 1000 dollars a year. 85% of people in the DRC, an ongoing victim of the US, are under that line. data.worldbank.org/indicator/SI.P…
Chit Talker🏳️‍🌈🇵🇸@RealChitTalker

This is why you shouldn't listen to this moron. In 2024 5% of people fell below half the poverty threshold—$15,906 for a family of four. The lowest-earning 20% of the population, the average mean income is $18,460. americanprogress.org/data-view/pove… taxpolicycenter.org/statistics/hou…
