@tornadicwonder This tornado leveled a few homes and had some strong (IF2-2.5) tree damage. Likely mid-high EF2 intensity, IF2.5 on the IF scale.

This video was not filmed in the US, or even in Europe. It was taken on February 24, 2012 in Sidrap, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The seemingly small tornado in this video killed 4 people and leveled multiple homes, but remains unrated. (Full video in the replies!) #tornado

Some updates on the Ninh Binh tornadoes: after some research, it appears that the previous long tracked tornado was actually 2 tornadoes from 2 different storms, with the new one being EF2. The EF2 one caused 0 deaths, while the main tornado caused 9 deaths.
