by far the worst AI platform is Google's Gemini. DO NOT PAY FOR THAT SHIT. Unless you want constant "We can't do this one, because we're evil fucks and pretend like we're good" Messages on any image generation prompt

Based on what I'm hearing in the industry, ChatGPT's ad performance is very, very bad. Like, significantly worse than expected Bad enough that it makes me wonder how many DAU are just bots/agents used to bolster the DAU numbers Imagine if our entire economy was based on bots 👀

Gemini 3.5 Flash ranks #1 on the APEX-Agents-AA benchmark, outperforming much larger models a whole size above it.

Most people don’t want to prompt AI from scratch every time. They want workflows. That’s what I’m testing with Button AI.

Today I’m testing one Button AI use case: Resume Roast. Instead of asking ChatGPT “review my resume,” the button asks for: • resume text • target role • job description • experience level Returns: • resume score • weakest section • rewritten bullets • missing keywords

Everyone talks about build in public! Nobody talks about building in silence. No audience No likes No validation Just you, shipping after your 9–5 While living in a country that isn’t home Trying to build something that works globally I’ve been doing that for years. A few things I’ve learned: Most people quit before compounding starts. Distribution matters more than code And nobody is coming to discover you You earn attention. One post. One product. One insight at a time. Still here. Still building my business! Keep building my friends!

5 saas products running on one mac mini, $12k/mo revenue, API costs under $30 asked how he keeps it profitable he showed me two things: the proxy URL in his config and his polymarket parlay setup running on the same machine pays pennies per build, multiplies winnings on prediction markets the video shows his setup - mac mini sitting on its original box, cables everywhere, connected to a coocaa monitor. terminal open with claude code running, docker containers listed: hello-nextjs, zhigu-serverless-project, payment-demo, harbor-log, chatgpt-web-midjourney-proxy then he shows the config file: export ANTHROPIC_BASE_URL=export ANTHROPIC_MODEL="claude-sonnet-4-20250514" this man routes all his claude code calls through a proxy that costs a fraction of direct API pricing but the saas revenue is only half his income the other docker container running: a polymarket bot that stacks parlay bets across multiple markets simultaneously. his regular +50% positions turn into +1,500% when correlated markets all hit he found PolyParlay through a telegram group: t.me/poly_parlay_bo… last month the bot turned $400 into $6,200 while his mac mini was building saas features the economics of his setup: normal indie hacker: → claude code subscription: $20/mo → API costs during builds: $10-15 per product → production inference: $50-200/mo → 5 products = $300-400/mo in AI costs his version: → proxy access: pennies per 1M tokens → mac mini: one-time purchase → parlay bot: running 24/7 on the same machine → total AI costs: under $30/mo same playbook, same boring stack, same claude code workflow. next.js, supabase, stripe, vercel. CLAUDE.md in each project the only difference is where his API calls go and what else runs on that mac mini his 5 products: → serverless deployment tool: $3,200/mo → payment processing wrapper: $2,800/mo → AI image generation proxy: $2,400/mo → nextjs starter kit marketplace: $1,900/mo → harbor log monitoring: $1,700/mo $12,000/mo from saas plus another $4-8k/mo from parlay bets hitting while he sleeps the mac mini never stops. docker containers for building, docker containers for betting. one machine doing the work of an entire operation his competitors pay full API price and don't touch prediction markets he stacks income streams on the same hardware

@nateherk I think this is where AI tools are heading: less open-ended chat, more repeatable workflows with fixed inputs and structured outputs.

@thesamparr The underrated part is repeatability. A good AI workflow should ask the right inputs and return the same type of output every time.

@DataCamp Prompting is powerful, but for repeated tasks it gets tiring. I think the best AI products will feel more like buttons than chatbots soon.

Lesson from trying to launch Button AI: Nobody cares about “an AI marketplace”. But people understand: • Fix my Excel formula • Roast my resume • Debug my Power BI error • Audit my landing page • Generate TikTok hooks So I’m going to market one AI button at a time.

@heartshapedoll For Excel errors, the missing context is usually what you're trying to calculate, the current formula, and the table structure. Without that, even AI gives generic fixes. A structured debugging checklist saves so much back-and-forth.

@TheJobfather__ 100% — resume feedback works best when it is tied to a target role. Generic advice usually misses what the job description is actually asking for. The most useful feedback is not "improve this" but actual rewritten bullet points with measurable impact.

The market will often give you better feedback than sitting around trying to think your way into the perfect answer. One generic resume for every possible future is usually not strategy.

@mabufadda Exactly this. The winning AI tools will be the ones that move from open-ended chat to structured, repeatable workflows. Less "prompt anything" and more "run this exact process every time with the right inputs and consistent outputs."

🔍 The important message: general-purpose AI is becoming industry-specific through ecosystem integration. Winners will not be the tools that only “answer questions,” but the platforms that connect securely to trusted data, regulated workflows, professional decision environments.

@LigoJ41333 100% agree. The real shift is from collecting AI tools to building repeatable workflows with them. The underrated part is repeatability — a good AI workflow should ask the right inputs and return the same type of output every time. That's when it becomes truly useful.

@SealedMind_0G This is where structured AI workflows make more sense than open-ended chat — you control the inputs, the outputs are repeatable, and the workflow runs on your terms. Less chat, more buttons. That's where I think the best AI products are heading.

Every conversation you've had with an AI today lives on someone else's server. ChatGPT owns your secrets. Replika owns your relationships. Your "memory" is a row in a SaaS database - deletable, leakable, unportable, unsellable. That was never supposed to be the deal.

@thivankanimesh_ Distribution, honestly. Cold posting from a new account gets almost no reach unless you reply/comment first. I'm finding that marketing one specific use case first is much easier than marketing the whole product. People understand specific before they understand broad.
