Stop sending generic outreach. Paradigm turns bad cold emails into booked meetings.

Outbound isn't broken. The way most teams do outbound is broken. For years, companies have blasted generic templates and hoped something sticks. But buyers don't respond to that anymore. (And honestly... can you blame them?)

$150/month. That's what Paradigm costs. Apollo: $149/mo Clay: $99/mo SDR to manage it all: $5K/mo We replace all of it. One platform. Research. Write. Send. Reply. Book. You show up to the meetings.

The average cold email get a 2% reply rate. The top 1% of senders get 15-20%. What separates them? It's not the subject line. It's not the send time. It's not even the offer. It's this: 👇

I built a product I was proud of. Then I realized no one knew it existed. As a founder, you're expected to be a builder and a world-class salesperson. But how do you compete with big companies and their massive sales teams? We built the tool we wished we had. Paradigm is an AI sales engine that automates your entire outreach: research, personalized emails, follow-ups, and meeting booking. We used it to go from 0 to 12 meetings in our first month. Want to try it? Comment "sales" below and I'll send you 1,000 free credits to test on your own lead list. #founder #startup #saas

Sending more emails isn’t how you get more meetings. It’s how you get blacklisted. High-volume, generic outbound is killing your pipeline: 1. Trashing domains. 2. Lowering reply quality. 3. Creating fake “activity” metrics. Stop spray-and-pray.

Most startups don’t fail because the product is bad. They fail because no one understands it in 5 seconds. Clarity beats cleverness. Every time.

A pattern we keep seeing at Paradigm: A lot of GTM workflows look fancy, but underneath, they are doing something pretty simple. So we slow things down and re-wire them. Same outcomes. Lighter integrations. Much better unit economics. In a few cases, that alone cut monthly GTM spend by about 50%. Good software is still good software. But knowing when to use it and when not to is where the real leverage is. That is the work we do at Paradigm.

More leads won’t fix unclear messaging. If people don’t get it fast, they don’t convert. Clarity scales. Clever confuses.

Did you know templates stop being relevant the moment the email campaign is launched? Your leads' attention is constantly getting eaten and if your email doesn't instantly catch their eye, to the bin you go. Teams seeing replies today are not just writing good templates. They are sending emails with deep research and personalization- the stuff that matters right now. Your leads should be creeped out by how up-to-date you are on their company.. Outbound still works. Spintax, on the other hand, does not.

Ugh. First rejection from @AnthropicAI. Got another application out (for a position I want even more) but not getting my hopes up. Trying to get through initial screenings for job openings seems to be a completely impossible task these days. Has any of you gotten an actual interview in 2025 through simply applying for a job online?

I spent an hour explaining a team member cold email copy today Every mistake he made is the same mistake 90% of cold emailers make I personally believe it's very hard to explain cold email copywriting like a 'theory' but here's what I'd say are common mistakes: 1. It read like a product description. "Our tool does X and Y" belongs on a landing page, not a cold email. In cold email, you describe their problem and hint you can fix it. 2. The CTA was marketing speak. "Try it for free" is what every SaaS homepage says. "Mind if I get you set up so you can test it for a week?" is what a human says to another human. 3. The sentences didn't connect. Bad copy jumps from "you have this problem" to "our product does X." Good copy flows as one thought: problem - consequence - question. (one of my favourite copy flows) 4. It sounded like AI wrote it. Always ask yourself: would an actual business owner type this from their phone to someone they met at a conference? If no, rewrite. The frame shift that fixes everything: You're not a salesperson pitching a product. You're a business owner who built something useful, emailing another business owner, trying to start a conversation. Open with an observation about THEM. State THEIR problem, not your solution. Ask a question that invites conversation. Make the CTA not sound like a direct pitch. Cold email just to start a conversation.

Our belief is simple: Outbound should feel like a conversation, not a broadcast. And with better data + smarter personalization, that’s finally possible at scale. Paradigm makes every prospect feel like the only prospect — automatically.
