@Coronary4front Not a particularly helpful trial because I don’t treat patients with placebo. Of course had the trial compared PCI to sham plus medical therapy like in ORBITA 1, it would have been negative like ORBITA 1.

We knew clopidogrel was better a long time ago. And without a higher bleeding risk. Read CAPRIE. Was just really expensive at the time. Now it's my SAPT of choice for most pts when I'm stopping DAPT. Not novel.
