@thuhkang I think the same thing when someone post a chart with a life or death moving average support for a stock…….guess what it falls thru that one someone will post the next moving average and say the support is life or death 💀 for the stock again and so on

Flashback: July 2021
The New Highs vs New Lows essentially calling a coming market top.
New highs were decreasing while the Nasdaq kept making new highs.
A key divergence of the breadth.
Listen to the stocks, not the indexes.

If you want to know what the market is really doing, TUNE out the noise and focus on market breadth = the stocks themselves!
It's all noise otherwise.
Tune out the TV, newspapers, your favorite fintwit follow, etc.

In order for markets (the indexes) to make new lows, the # of new lows will increase again and new highs will dry up.
Always watch breadth for a change in trend.

@3PeaksTrading What do you use as your bullish mark? Above 50% of stocks above their 200 day…what would u consider bearish? Just curious

$SPX % of stocks above their 200 day MA is back near 61% and held the 50% level on the recent minor dip in the index. Very bullish look here especially if can make a higher high over 65. I really don't know how anyone can be bearish this market unless listening to news?

I think people lose sight of what these charts are supposed to show, and that is whether or not the bear market is still rolling forward, not that it suppose to play out exactly the same way. #sp500 2022 vs. 2008
