I went from 400 to 1020 Testosterone. I got a jacked physique in the process. But my LEG TRAINING was more important for Testosterone & Cortisol control. If you want the full protocol, comment "leg" and I'll DM you the full free guide.

Clubs miss out on good players all the time. Garnacho has a lot of potential in my opinion but I have no problem with him leaving. Not just him, but literally any player in this squad. Bruno? Mainoo? I genuinely don’t care. We’re in a big mess and we need to make difficult and unpopular decisions to change the situation. If any of these young players go on to become great elsewhere, good for them — but we don’t have time to wait around. It’s not like we’ll be the first nor the last club to miss on a good player.

I respect Serie A, when their product fails they are humble and like ok that didn’t work there? we can take him back.

@UtdNadd Collyer as a starter definitely not since he is young and Raw. As a squad option yes.

Angello Stiller will be the next BIG thing in the Football. The way he passes the ball and controls possession is excellent. Pairing him up with an excellent workrate midfielder will get the best out of him.

Pure fundamentals of being a striker: • Movement to dominate the box • Physicality to brush off contact in the box • Aerial ability • Finishing selection and technique • Clean touches in the box to set up shots Lewandowksi has done it better than any other modern striker.
