@ZurichKotak You rejected the claim saying its a old damage, now its not logical for me keep driving a vechile with damaged bumper and without lights, Moreover my vehicle had never been without insurance. And why did you accepted to insure vehicle with old damage?

There was an accident in my car due to which cvt gearbox got damaged, As per service team it needs to be replaced and Zurich kotak insurance team is declining this request.
@FinMinIndia In India traffic cops can issue a challan in case driving without liability insurance, but in case of any claim raised, @ZurichKotak like insurance companies eagerly deny claim. Why should I buy a insurance if @ZurichKotak have team full of people to study and deny
@ZurichKotak And those premium is not to fill your pockets, but for assurance during accidents. Why would I drive a vehicle with damaged fog light ? This makes no sense. And why did you accepted a vehicle with old damage? @FinMinIndia why is this @ZurichKotak running a scam?

@IndianOilcl@IOCL_PLHO there seems to be mismanagement in new PNG connection, I applied for new PNG connection for scheme A, they started the service and provided me with a customer id, Now after a year and half after multiple followups they are billing me under scheme D.
