Social media does at least two things to make this worse - significantly increases the comparison set and gives most people the avenue to misrepresent or over exaggerate achievements at will lol There’s also the factor that people are more likely to share +ve gains than losses.

I disagree. If you’re going to be working with different stakeholders, you may have to demonstrate that you can meet their needs and this may require several 1:1s. Question is whether it’s feasible, given everyone’s calendars to meet all the stakeholders at once or in groups.
