[ENG VERSION BELOW] Była to jedna z najtrudniejszych decyzji, jakie musiałem podjąć w swojej dotychczasowej zawodowej przygodzie, ale z końcem kwietnia zdecydowałem się zakończyć pracę w @PLEleague i na stanowisku menadżerskim w @valleague_east oraz @Valorant_PLE pozostanę obecny do końca lipca. Kreowanie rzeczywistości esportowej w regionie East i tworzenie nieszablonowych projektów dodatkowych było spełnieniem marzeń i choć kosztowało mnie to wszystko dużo zdrowia i nerwów, to nie żałuję żadnej podjętej decyzji i wierzę, że wspólnie z moimi współpracownikami, Riotem, członkami VALORANT-owej drużyny operacyjnej, partnerami i przede wszystkim społecznością tworzyliśmy razem coś wyjątkowego. Nie ulega dla mnie wątpliwości, że będzie mi tego brakować, jednak ta decyzja wydaje mi się niezbędna do tego, bym w końcu mógł popracować nad moją piętą achillesową w postaci work-life balance. Grono osób, którym pragnę podziękować za ostatnie lata jest zbyt duże, żeby próbować to wylistować tutaj, więc chciałbym po prostu złożyć ukłon w stronę wszystkich moich koleżanek i kolegów z PLE, całej ekipie operacyjnej, socialowej, produkcyjnej, komentatorskiej i wszystkim kontrahentom, wszystkim pracownikom Riot Games, z którymi miałem okazję pracować, wszystkim organizacjom, drużynom i graczom biorącym udział w naszych rozgrywkach i last but not least ludziom, którzy są odbiorcami tego, co robimy. Powtarzałem to wiele razy i powtórzę jeszcze raz - gdyby nie to, że tak wielu cudownych ludzi tworzy esport w Polsce i w regionie, to dawno uciekałbym do innej branży. Co dalej? Pierwszy raz od pięciu lat nie wiem i jest to w pewien sposób ekscytujące. Wiem, że kocham budować rzeczy i mam nadzieję, że znajdę dla siebie nowe miejsce, w którym moje doświadczenie i umiejętności będą mogły być odpowiednio wykorzystane, a ja sam będę mógł się dalej realizować. Jestem otwarty na propozycje czy to w formie działań freelancerskich, czy też długoterminowych projektów. 🇬🇧 It was one of the most difficult decisions I have had to make in my professional adventure so far, but at the end of April I have decided to end my work at @PLEleague and I will remain in my managerial position at @valleague_east and @Valorant_PLE until the end of July. Creating esports reality in the East region and creating out-of-the-box additional projects has been a dream come true, and although it has all cost me a lot of health and nerves, I don't regret any of the decisions I've made and I believe that together with my co-workers, Riot, members of the VALORANT operations team, partners and above all the community, we have created something special together. There is no doubt in my mind that I will miss it, but this decision seems necessary for me to finally be able to work on my Achilles heel in the form of work-life balance. The group of people I want to thank for the last few years is too large to list here, so I'd just like to give a nod to all my PLE colleagues, the entire operations team, social team, production team, commentators and all the contractors, all the Riot Games employees I've had the opportunity to work with, all the organisations, teams and players involved in our games and last but not least the people who are the recipients of what we do. I've said it many times and I'll say it again - if it wasn't for the fact that so many wonderful people are creating esports in Poland and the region, I would have run away to another industry a long time ago. What's next? For the first time in five years I don't know and it's exciting in a way. I do know that I love building things and I hope to find a new place for myself where my experience and skills can be put to good use and I can continue to fulfil myself. I am open to offers whether in the form of one-time freelance activities or long-term projects.
