@GardeningExpres ordered a number of plants on 06/04 apart from initial confirmation and money taken I have had no update. Appreciate these are unprecedented times but would have at least expected an update email as now on 15th working day?!

@British_Airways still waiting to hear from you following a complaint logged on 13th June. Continually poor customer service!
