Looking for a composite door that catches on draft proof rubber and makes it difficult to open... then @AnglianHome are for you! Apparently all their doors come stiff and hard to open as standard 🙄

@AnglianHome Top tip number 1 Use a different company.

@AnglianHelp @Irons_42 @AnglianHome @AnglianHome are aware of the issues but just wanted to ensure no one else falls into your trap and believes that by paying your high prices they will get a high standard product and install like I did.

Didn’t even have to pay extra for the sound our brand new door makes from @AnglianHome. Another failing to add to ever growing list. Do not use this company, you will be disappointed.

@Irons_42 @AnglianHome They aren’t fussed about the bad press either. A member of management told me this week it’s all part of it and for all the bad reviews, they get good ones too. They make you feel like they your custom doesn’t actually matter to them.

@AnglianHelp @AnglianHelp I did send a private message via Facebook where I also shared my disappointment. Someone said they would forward on my details to the regional team and I am still waiting! Clearly now the company has the money, getting help is nearly impossible...

Just some pictures of the awful work by @AnglianHome we’ve had done recently 👎🏼 apparently they don’t understand why we are upset with this and our ‘made to measure’ windows that have been made to fit with extra trim! We can just hide it with curtains according to their staff!

@Victori84458716 @AnglianHome @AnglianHelp I had to resort to emailing the CEO of Anglian! Made the difference as I was contacted by a manager the very next day!

@AnglianHome I think our last door was more secure before we had one of yours fitted! One won’t shut unless you push in the top corner and the other has a draft coming through and rattles. I have not had ‘peace of mind’ from you, just STRESS 😪 2 weeks and no reply from the regional office!
