To @argyllandbute council. I've just used your public toilets & found lady's sanitary towels in the gents toilet. I am 61 years old have never had to use these, what am I supposed to do with them? If you want your toilets to be a temples to progressive inclusivity, could I ask that you provide incontinence pads for us elderly gentlemen.

"No man can become pregnant" does NOT mean "every woman can become pregnant". It's really not that complicated.

Every single man who tried to use Giggle, the female only online space I created, knew it was female only. It said so on every screen they saw while trying to invade it. Once they were refused, the rejected men left 1 star reviews or piled on abuse or, eventually, took me to court for being rejected access to something they were fully aware was not for them in the first place. This is why gender identity laws are abuse against women. They put women in the position of having to defend ourselves against or take responsibility for an irrational choice that a man has made.

Anyone remember this scene from “Midnight Express”? It shows mentally unwell & drugged-up prisoners, who trudge pointlessly round in a circle, for hours on end. The lead character, Billy Hayes, is put with these poor souls, going round & round, until he suddenly decides one day, he’ll go in the opposite direction. So he walks against the flow. The other inmates attempt to stop him, & say he MUST go the same way as the others, but he keeps pushing through them, until he awakens from his submissive, catatonic-like state, & eventually escapes. An analogy that strikes me as enormously pertinent to being forced to be part of one, homogeneous blob, where to deviate from the prescribed narrative is utterly baffling & heretical to those who believe. Many former gay friends (now Q+) have behaved in such a similar manner, & my mind always goes back to this scene. “You’re going the wrong way”, they say, “you must follow the correct path!”, almost attempting to shame me into believing something I know in my heart to be untrue. It’s not “hatred” or “bigotry” to understand what is real & what it is not. It’s simply acknowledging that, yes, we are all different & that’s absolutely fine, but one must recognise that it has major consequences for another group. But to see & remain blind to the impact this denial has on others, who are being forced to lie, aggressively & consistently, & told to move aside, with dishonest accusations of “bigotry” is neither “kind” nor “decent”. I’m aware we’re way beyond that rationale now. Exhausting though it may be, we’ve just got to keep going the other way, no matter the pushback…
