@bennywords1 @Luchoresi Just for context, Doku has 10 goals contributions all season in the Premier League. Diomande's being bought for pace, dribbling and to stretch the lines. He's a positional replacement for Salah, but he's not going to play the same role.

I don’t think people will be tbh.
After last summer the concern should be are they worth that large sum of money, for almost all of our signings the answer is no.
With that in mind, I can understand the scepticism of signing a 19 year old with 1.5 years of pro football…

@Aid4n_B @kurothedeity @Adikastakes If I was to sign a 19 year old you want it to be were there not to much pressure to perform. Like how Rio has. If this is Liverpool splash signing, i don’t think this kid will live up to that hype yet

HOWEVER if they are so sure he is going to be the real deal, imagine dividing €100m over a ten year liverpool career at elite level. Thats return on investment!
